「いちじくと葡萄のパフェ」 が完成しました✨🙌 KUROMON COFFEE AMAKUSAは 9/1で1周年を迎えます。 皆様日頃よりご愛顧くださり どうもありがとうございます🙇‍♀️ そんな当店は 「いちじくパフェ」で スタートいたしました。 そのいちじくパフェを ブラッシュアップし再登場です！ 今年は苓北町富岡にある 「もり農園」さん (@morinou0 )の 貴重ないちじくを使用しました！ 農薬・肥料を使わず 丹精込めて作られたいちじくは コクのある甘さを持ち 上品な香りが広がります✨ 天草ならではの 歴史のあるいちじくを いろんなパーツでご堪能ください🏝️ ペアリングには、 コスタリカのコーヒー豆を使用した ドリップorカフェラテをご用意します。 いちじくや葡萄の酸味と、 コーヒーのもつシルキーなマウスフィールが 豊かな甘さや味わいをもたらしてくれます☕️ 8/20(木)〜販売開始 天草ならではのいちじくを たっぷりとご堪能ください🙋‍♀️ ご予約もお待ちしております😊 ＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊＊ Introducing our new parfait! Our "Fig and Grape Parfait" is here✨🙌 KUROMON COFFEE AMAKUSA is turning one on September 1st. Thank you so much for your continued support🙇‍♀️ Our journey actually began with a fig parfait — and now, it's back, elevated. This year, we're using precious figs from Morii Farm (@morinou0) in Tomioka, Reihoku! Grown without pesticides or fertilizers, these figs carry a rich, deep sweetness and an elegant fragrance✨ Enjoy Amakusa's historic figs across every layer🏝️ For our pairing drink, we offer drip coffee or a caffè latte made with Costa Rican beans. The bright acidity of the fig and grape, paired with coffee's silky mouthfeel, brings out a rich depth of sweetness☕️ Available from Thursday, August 20th.
